posted in sketches, tablet by catherineI don’t like receiving mail from unhappy clients in ALL CAPS first thing in the morning, on a weekend, when I don’t get paid. We need to make a special mail filter, you know, the kind that doesn’t let mail like that come through until *after* I’ve had a huge cup of coffee.
